St. Lazarus Parish (望德堂區 Pinyin: Wangde Tangqu; Portuguese language|Portuguese: Freguesia de S?o Lazaro) is an east-central region of Macau Peninsula, Macau, the People's Republic of China. It is the smallest sub-district.
  • Area: 0.64 square kilometre|km? (9% of the peninsula)

  • Population: 32,600

  • Population density: 52,370 persons per km? (second in Macau, after St. Anthony Parish)


It is surrounded by Our Lady Fatima Parish, St. Anthony Parish, and Cathedral Parish. One-third of its region is covered by East Wangyan Hill (東望洋山), a branch of Guia Hill (松山). The south is commercial district, central common residential district, north and east are high-rise buildings. Only 3% of factories in Macau are here.
