Shapingba belonges to the city's main districts. Its border on Jiulongpo (south), Bishan (Chongqing) (west) and Beibei (north), and the district itself is on the west bank of Jialing River. Towns

The state owned corporations include Jialing Group, Southwest Pharmaceutical Co. Shapingba has vast tourist resources, and famous for its BaYu Culture, momuments of Anti-Japanese War and Red Crag spirit. The Gele Shan, thousand years' old town -- Ciqikou and Lin's Garden are the most famous places among those nearly 100 showplaces.
