Orange flavor chicken

Wikipedia

Orange flavor chicken is a Sichuanese dish, consisting of sauteed chicken in a soy-based orange sauce, generally garnished with vegetables, such as bok choy and baby carrots. While popular in China, it is generally unknown in the west, due to its use of ingredients (such as coagulated pig's blood) rarely found outside of mainland China. If known at all in the west, it is as a close cousin of Orange chicken, the deep fried mainstay of fast-food restaurants. Distinctively more sour than its American cousin, and with a pungent aroma, orange flavor chicken is an acquired taste for most western palattes.
