Jerry Yan (言承旭, pinyin: Y?n Ch?ngx?)(born January 1, 1977) is an actor and a member of the boy band F4. He was one of the actors in the television series Meteor Garden and its sequel, Meteor Garden II.

He worked as a fashion model before he joined the music and movie industry. He also starred in Magic Kitchen with Sammi Cheng and Andy Lau.

However, on September 6, 2003, hundreds of fans followed Jerry in Hong Kong by taxis, vans, and 28-seat bus. A window of a taxi was smashed when it arrived at The Ritz-Carlton, Central and Western District|Central. Fortunately, no one on the taxi was injured, but Jerry felt very unhappy at that time.

In August 2004, his first solo album was released.
