Notice: to avoid the confusion between H??n(韩) and Han(汉), in H??n, Tone(linguistics)|tone symbol is included.

Kingdom of Han was not included because Gaozu of Han|Liu Bang, King of Han later became the first emperor of Han Dynasty. Many of the kingdoms listed were abolished during Chu-Han Contention but a lot of them survived well into Han Dynasty.
